Up4buy reserves the right to remove or modify any product listings that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Buyers agree to pay the listed price for products they purchase on the Platform, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Sellers may be subject to transaction fees or other fees as outlined in the seller agreement. Up4buy uses third-party payment processors to facilitate payments, and you may be subject to their terms and conditions.

The content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Up4buy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Up4buy.

UP4BUY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF UP4BUY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UP4BUY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO UP4BUY FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IN QUESTION.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Up4buy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Up4buy reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or disable your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any data associated with it.
